Motivation- No Excuses

When you are committed to something you should have no excuses. Excuses are bad habits that we use as crutches.  We have excuses to why we can't start exercising, we have excuses why we aren't eating right and the list goes on. Let's make 2016 a year of no excuses.

Find a reason to start that new exercise regimen you keep putting off, start writing that blog you never have time to start, whatever it is you are always putting back with and excuse this is the year to do them.  When we stop having excuses then we are better, because we did not take the lazy way out, we did not give up in fear instead we have persevere.

Here are a few tips to help you live a life of No Excuse

  • Let go of the negativity and fear- negative thoughts will prevent us from growing
  • Be stronger than our strongest excuse- the mantra mind over matter doe work
  • Stop looking for sympathy - If you keep looking for sympathy eventual no one will give you the time of day.
Whatever you find yourself making an excuse find a solution for it and solve it.  Let's all make a conscious effort to life an excuse free life.
